  1. My topic is :”The Rise of Christianity”.The article is about how Christianity grew to be the largest religion today, leaving Islam in second place. The Roman Empire felt threatened by Christianity and its single god so many Christians were severely persecuted. Christianity later on helped Romans bring the Mediterranean back together in a peaceful state. Latin in the Western Mediterranean, and Greek in the Eastern Mediterranean helped, St. Paul spread word amongst different people about Christianity. Christianity also helped out with the different plagues that were being exposed to the world that many people didn’t know how to treat.

    This article relates to my topic, ” The rise of Christianity”, because it explains how it started and how it helped many people who were unsure of the new faith at first.
